01 SERVICES PROVIDED
Online Space Marketing LLC (OSM) specializes in digital marketing services tailored for the car detailing industry. Our core missions include custom Wix website design and development, Meta Ads management, and lead generation systems. Specific deliverables are outlined in the individual Service Agreement signed by the client.
02 PAYMENT TERMS
All service fees are processed via Stripe. To ensure project commitment and overhead coverage, all payments made to OSM are strictly non-refundable. Service commencement is contingent upon the receipt of the initial deposit or full payment as specified in your invoice.
03 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful mission launch requires active client participation. Clients are responsible for providing high-quality media (images/videos), necessary business credentials, and administrative access to Meta Business Suites as required for campaign execution.
04 NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While our strategies are engineered for maximum orbital velocity, OSM makes no guarantees regarding specific lead counts, booking volumes, or revenue increases. Marketing performance is subject to external factors including market volatility and consumer behavior.
05 META COMPLIANCE
All advertising activities must adhere to Meta’s Advertising Policies. OSM is not liable for account suspensions, ad disapprovals, or restrictions imposed by Meta due to client-provided content or historical account standing.
06 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
OSM retains ownership of all proprietary code, strategy frameworks, and original designs until the final project payment is cleared. Upon full payment, the client is granted a perpetual license for the use of the deliverables for their marketing purposes.
07 CANCELLATION
Ongoing management contracts require a minimum of 7 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle for cancellation. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the processing of the subsequent scheduled payment.
08 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Online Space Marketing LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
09 GOVERNING LAW
These terms and all service agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of San Joaquin County.
